On average, a marketing ticket request involves the attention of at least three people. But a large portion of requests are for simple assets like logo lockups and partnership announcements. 


We created templates for the most commonly requested assets. Now that Partner Managers can self-serve the templates they need, the work can be done in less than the time it would have taken to write the ticket.
